No Bake Energy Bites

No Bake Energy BitesHands down one of my all time FAVORITE Easy & Healthy Snack Recipes!

  • 1 c. oats
  • 2/3 c. coconut flakes
  • 1/2 c. peanut butter
  • 1/2 c. ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 c. chocolate
  • 1/3 c. honey or syrup
  • 1 T. chia seeds

Stir all together, cover and chill for at least 1 hour. Roll into balls or cubes. Voila!

*The great thing about this recipe is you can add/remove/adjust to your own personal preference. Dried fruit, seeds, cinnamon, nuts-the possibilities are endless
